Ingredients:
- 1 ripe mango, diced
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup coconut yogurt
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions:
To make a crumbly mixture, combine almond flour, coconut oil, honey, and vanilla extract in a bowl
To make the base, layer the crumbly mixture in the bottom of the serving glasses
Place a layer of chopped mango over the base
Top the mango with a layer of coconut yogurt
Continue layering until all of the glasses are full, then top with a layer of coconut yogurt
