Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 jalapeo pepper, finely chopped
- 1 serrano pepper, finely chopped
- 1 habanero pepper, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 burger buns
- 4 slices pepper jack cheese
- 2 large potatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat grill to medium-high heat
In a bowl, mix together ground beef, chopped jalapeo, serrano, and habanero peppers, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined
Form the mixture into four burger patties
Grill the burgers for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness is reached
During the last minute of cooking, top each burger with a slice of pepper jack cheese and allow it to melt
While the burgers are cooking, toss potato wedges with olive oil, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated
Place the seasoned potato wedges on the grill and cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside
Toast the burger buns on the grill for about 1-2 minutes
Assemble the burgers by placing each patty on a toasted bun, and serve with grilled potato wedges
