Triple-Chile Burger with Grilled Potato Wedges



Spice up your burger game with this Triple-Chile Burger featuring three types of peppers for an extra kick. Pair it with crispy grilled potato wedges seasoned with paprika and cayenne pepper for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 jalapeo pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 serrano pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 habanero pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 slices pepper jack cheese
  • 2 large potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preheat grill to medium-high heat

In a bowl, mix together ground beef, chopped jalapeo, serrano, and habanero peppers, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined

Form the mixture into four burger patties

Grill the burgers for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness is reached

During the last minute of cooking, top each burger with a slice of pepper jack cheese and allow it to melt

While the burgers are cooking, toss potato wedges with olive oil, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated

Place the seasoned potato wedges on the grill and cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside

Toast the burger buns on the grill for about 1-2 minutes

Assemble the burgers by placing each patty on a toasted bun, and serve with grilled potato wedges
