Healthy 4-Ingredient Chocolate Mousse



Indulge in a decadent chocolate mousse without the guilt! This Paleo-friendly recipe uses nutrient-rich avocados as the base for a creamy and delicious dessert.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

Cut avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender or food processor

Add cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract to the blender or food processor

Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed to ensure everything is well combined

Transfer the mousse to serving dishes and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving

Garnish with fresh berries or shredded coconut if desired
