Ingredients:
- 2 cups rice
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped onion

- 2 tablespoons hot sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a pot, bring chicken broth to a boil
