Almond Butter Banana Cookies



Start your day with these tasty and nutritious almond butter banana cookies. These cookies are a delightful and wholesome treat, packed with the goodness of ripe bananas, almond butter, and crunchy almonds.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet

Put the mashed bananas, almond butter, and vanilla extract in a bowl and mix them together

Combine well

To the banana mix, add the rolled oats, ground cinnamon, and salt

Mix everything together by stirring

Add the maple syrup or honey and mix it in until it stays together

Add the chopped almonds and spread them out evenly in the dough

Place spoonfuls of the dough on the baking sheet that has been prepared, leaving space between them

Press down a little on each cookie with the back of the spoon

After the oven is hot, bake the cookies for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the edges are golden

When the cookies are done, take them out of the oven and let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet

Then, move them to a wire rack to cool completely

These tasty banana cookies with almond butter are a healthy way to start the day or a healthy snack
