Ingredients:
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 2-3 tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup sliced olives
- 1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese
- 2 tbsp pine nuts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400F 200C
Roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Arrange the tomato slices evenly over the puff pastry
Sprinkle sliced olives, crumbled goat cheese, and pine nuts over the tomatoes
Drizzle olive oil over the tart and sprinkle with dried basil, salt, and pepper
