We love street tacos and you won't believe how easy this is to make at home! Let the slow cooker do the work for you, and enjoy tender, flavorful beef packed with spices and served in warm tortillas with your favorite toppings.
Ingredients:

- 5 lbs beef chuck roast, sliced thinly
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Corn or flour tortillas, for serving
- Optional toppings: diced onion, cilantro, lime wedges, salsa, avocado slices
Instructions:
Place the sliced beef chuck roast, diced onion, minced garlic, beef broth, chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper in the slow cooker
Stir well to combine all ingredients
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the beef is tender and easily shreds with a fork
Once cooked, shred the beef using two forks directly in the slow cooker
Serve the shredded beef in warmed tortillas, topped with your favorite toppings such as diced onion, cilantro, lime wedges, salsa, and avocado slices
