Ingredients:
- 1 lb beef chuck roast, thinly sliced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 4 cups broccoli florets
Instructions:
Soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and sesame oil should all be put into a slow cooker along with beef broth
Butter the beef chuck roast and put it in the slow cooker
Put the lid on top and set the heat to low
Add 2 tablespoons of water to a small bowl and mix the cornstarch to make a slurry
